By booking a stay or using any service offered by Blue Palm Stays, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability. To confirm a booking, an advance payment may be required. The remaining balance is due before or upon check-in unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and trusted third-party platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
Check-in & Check-out
- Standard check-in: 2:00 PM
- Standard check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability
- Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory at check-in for all guests, as per Indian law
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the booking platform and property. In general:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in: full refund minus processing fees
- Cancellations made 7–14 days before check-in: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in: no refund
- No-shows or early departures will not be refunded
For bookings made through third-party platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com), the cancellation policy of that platform will apply.
House Rules
To ensure all guests enjoy a comfortable stay, we ask that you follow these rules:
- No loud music or parties after 10:00 PM
- Smoking is not permitted indoors
- Pets are not allowed
- Maximum guest capacity must not be exceeded
- Visitors must be informed and approved by us in advance
- Treat the property and neighbours with respect
Damage & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furniture, or appliances during their stay. A security deposit may be required at check-in and will be refunded upon check-out, subject to inspection. Significant damages will be charged to the guest at actual repair or replacement cost.
Blue Palm Stays is not liable for any loss of personal belongings, accidents, or injuries during the stay. We recommend guests purchase appropriate travel insurance.
Experience Bookings
Add-on experiences (waterfall trips, scuba diving, cruises, etc.) are organised through our trusted partners. While we vet all our partners carefully, Blue Palm Stays acts only as a facilitator and is not directly responsible for the conduct, safety standards, or service quality of these third-party providers.
All experience bookings are subject to weather conditions and minimum participant requirements. Refunds for cancelled experiences will be processed as per the partner's policy.
Force Majeure
Blue Palm Stays will not be held liable for any failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, power outages, internet failures, or pandemics. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or refund as appropriate.
Photography & Reviews
By staying with us, you grant us permission to share publicly available reviews you may post on third-party platforms. We do not photograph guests or share private information without explicit consent.
Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without refund in cases of inappropriate behaviour, violation of house rules, misrepresentation at booking, or any conduct that endangers staff, other guests, or property.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your stay will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa.
